vehicles purchased from KFash Global Autos and refunds for services provided by
KFash Group of Investments. Our goal is to ensure customer satisfaction while
maintaining fair and reasonable return procedures. By purchasing a vehicle or
utilizing our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
Different return and refund terms apply to vehicle purchases, shipping services,
car rentals, and other offerings. Please read the relevant section carefully to

VEHICLE PURCHASE RETURNS AND SEVEN-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
KFash Global Autos offers a seven-day money-back guarantee on all vehicle purchases.
This guarantee provides you with the opportunity to return your vehicle within
seven calendar days of purchase for a full refund if you are not satisfied with
your purchase for any reason. The seven-day period begins on the day you take
possession of the vehicle, not the day of purchase.
To qualify for the seven-day money-back guarantee, the vehicle must be returned
in substantially the same condition as when purchased. Normal wear and tear is
acceptable and does not disqualify you from the guarantee. Normal wear and tear
includes minor dust accumulation, typical road dirt, and light surface marks that
occur from normal driving.
The vehicle must not have been involved in any accidents during your ownership.
The vehicle must not have sustained damage from misuse, negligence, or intentional
harm. The vehicle must not have been significantly modified or altered from its
original condition. The vehicle must not have had major mechanical work performed
that was not performed by KFash or an authorized service center.
MILEAGE LIMITATIONS
The vehicle must be returned with no more than one hundred fifty additional miles
than the odometer reading at the time of purchase. This mileage allowance accounts
for reasonable test driving and typical use during the seven-day period. Mileage
exceeding one hundred fifty miles may result in deductions from your refund at
the rate of twenty-five cents per mile for excess mileage.
If a vehicle is returned with significantly higher mileage than one hundred fifty
miles, we may deny the return request or substantially reduce the refund amount.
The mileage limitation is intended to ensure the vehicle is returned in near-
original condition and has not been used extensively by the customer.
CONDITION REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURN
Upon return, the vehicle must be in clean condition both inside and out. The
interior must be free of dirt, debris, and food or drink spills. The exterior
must be clean with no new scratches, dents, or damage. All original equipment,
accessories, and components must be present. No parts can be missing or removed.
All original paperwork, keys, key fobs, and documentation must be returned with
the vehicle. Any missing keys or documentation will result in deductions from your
refund. The fuel tank must contain approximately the same amount of fuel as when
the vehicle was delivered. Returning an empty or nearly empty fuel tank may result
in refueling charges deducted from your refund.
All windows must be functional, all lights must work properly, all electronics
and technology features must operate as originally functioning, and the vehicle’s
mechanical condition must match the condition at time of purchase. Any mechanical
problems that develop after purchase are the customer’s responsibility and do not
qualify for return.
RETURN PROCEDURE
To return a vehicle within the seven-day money-back guarantee period, contact our

Provide your name, vehicle information, and the reason for the return. We will
schedule a return appointment and provide instructions for returning the vehicle.
The vehicle must be returned to our Houston showroom at 12791 Bissonnet Street,
Houston, TX 77099 during business hours. Business hours are Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Returns cannot be scheduled
on Sunday. Upon return, our team will conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle
to verify it meets return condition requirements.
If the vehicle meets all return conditions, we will process a full refund to your
original payment method within five to ten business days. If the vehicle does not
meet return conditions, we will document the issues and provide you with options
including proceeding with a reduced refund with deductions for damage, or declining
the return request.
REFUND DEDUCTIONS
If the vehicle does not meet perfect return condition, deductions will be made for
damage repairs. Deductions are calculated based on the cost of repairing damage
and restoring the vehicle to its original condition. Typical deductions include
paint touch-up or repair for scratches and dents at fifty to five hundred dollars
depending on severity, interior stain or damage repair at twenty-five to two hundred
dollars, mechanical repairs needed to restore vehicle function at fifty to one thousand
dollars, detailing and cleaning for excessive dirt or debris at fifty to two hundred
dollars, and parts replacement for missing or damaged components at actual cost.
Mileage deductions are calculated at twenty-five cents per mile for all mileage
exceeding one hundred fifty miles. A vehicle returned with two hundred miles would
have a deduction of twelve dollars and fifty cents. Missing keys or documentation
result in deductions of fifty to two hundred dollars each depending on the item.
The total deductions cannot exceed the cost of the vehicle or your paid price,
whichever is less. We will provide an itemized breakdown of all deductions and
calculations. You have the right to dispute deductions if you believe they are
inaccurate or excessive.
VEHICLES OUTSIDE SEVEN-DAY RETURN WINDOW
Vehicles returned after the seven-day money-back guarantee period cannot be
returned for a full refund. However, vehicles with significant mechanical defects
that develop within thirty days of purchase may be eligible for repair or
replacement under our warranty program. Contact our service department to discuss
warranty coverage for mechanical issues.
For vehicles with structural damage, frame damage, or major mechanical problems
discovered within fourteen days of purchase, we may offer repair at no cost to
you as a goodwill gesture. Contact our sales manager to discuss potential options.
FINANCING RETURNS
If your vehicle purchase was financed through our in-house financing program,
return and refund procedures are more complex. Upon return of a financed vehicle,
the loan agreement is cancelled. Any loan fees or interest already paid are not
refundable. Your refund will be reduced by any fees associated with the loan
including loan origination fees and documentation fees.
If the vehicle was financed and you made multiple payments, those payments are
generally not refundable. However, the refund will be applied to the loan balance
to reduce the amount you still owe. You will receive a detailed accounting of all
loan-related charges and how the refund is applied.
TRADE-IN VEHICLE RETURNS
If you traded in a vehicle as part of your purchase, the trade-in vehicle cannot
be returned if you return your newly purchased vehicle. Trade-in vehicles are
immediately resold or prepared for resale and cannot be recovered. You are
responsible for the value of the trade-in vehicle regardless of whether you keep
your newly purchased vehicle.
SHIPPING SERVICE REFUNDS
Refunds for shipping services are subject to different terms than vehicle purchase
returns. If you cancel a shipment more than fourteen days before the scheduled
pickup date, you will receive a full refund of your deposit minus a one hundred
dollar administrative fee. If you cancel between seven and fourteen days before
pickup, you will receive a fifty percent refund of your deposit. If you cancel
less than seven days before pickup or after pickup has occurred, your deposit is
forfeited.
Once a vehicle is in transit, shipment cannot be cancelled and refunds are not
available. You remain responsible for the full shipping cost and the vehicle will
be delivered as scheduled. If you refuse to accept delivery, you are responsible
for return shipping costs and any applicable storage fees.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an inaccessible address or invalid delivery
location, you will be charged for rescheduling and redelivery fees. These charges
will be deducted from any potential refund before the refund is processed.
CAR RENTAL REFUNDS
Car rental deposits are refundable if you cancel your reservation at least seven
days before the scheduled rental start date. Cancellations made less than seven
days before the rental start date will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.
If you cancel during the rental period or fail to pick up the rental vehicle at
the scheduled time, the deposit is forfeited and you are responsible for the full
rental cost if applicable. If you return the rental vehicle early, refunds are not
available for unused rental days.
If damage is discovered to the rental vehicle during your rental, damage charges
will be deducted from any security deposit held. If damage charges exceed the
deposit, you are responsible for paying the difference. Damage charges are based
on actual repair costs.
FINANCING REFUNDS
If you applied for in-house financing and were denied approval, any application
fees paid will be refunded in full. The refund will be processed within five to
ten business days of your written request for cancellation.
If you were approved for financing but decide to cancel before vehicle delivery,
you may cancel and receive a refund of your deposit minus any application and
documentation fees already incurred. The refund will be processed within five to
ten business days.
DISPATCH AND TRANSPORTATION SERVICE REFUNDS
Refunds for ongoing dispatch and transportation service contracts are subject to
contract terms. Generally, early termination of service contracts may result in
penalties equal to the remaining contract balance or a portion thereof. Review
your service agreement for specific refund terms.
Monthly service charges are not refundable for unused days or services. If you
terminate service in the middle of a month, you are responsible for the full
month’s charges. Service is available on a monthly basis with thirty days notice
required for cancellation.
NO-REFUND ITEMS
Certain items and services are final sale and non-refundable. These include
extended warranty purchases which are non-refundable after purchase, added
dealer packages or protection plans which are non-refundable, and used parts
or accessories that have been removed from inventory.
Vehicles that have been driven for more than one hundred fifty miles are generally
not eligible for refund. Used vehicles with pre-existing mechanical issues are
sold as-is and generally not eligible for refund due to mechanical problems.
REFUND PROCESS AND TIMELINE
Upon approval of a refund, we will process the refund to your original payment
method. Refunds are typically processed within five to ten business days of
approval. Depending on your financial institution, the refund may take an
additional three to seven business days to appear in your account.
You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed. If you do not
receive your refund within fourteen business days of the approval date, contact
our customer service team immediately. We will investigate the delay and work to
resolve the issue.
Refunds for credit card purchases will appear as a credit on your next billing
statement. Refunds for bank transfers or checks will be sent to the account or
address from which the original payment was made.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you dispute a refund decision or believe your refund amount is incorrect, you
have the right to request a review. Submit your dispute in writing within thirty
days of the refund decision to info@kfashglobal.com. Include your name, vehicle
information, and a detailed explanation of your dispute.
Our management team will review your dispute and respond within fourteen days with
a decision. If you are not satisfied with the management review, you may request
binding arbitration. Arbitration will be conducted according to the American
Arbitration Association rules and is binding on both parties.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
KFash Group of Investments is committed to customer satisfaction. If you have
concerns about your purchase or service, please contact us immediately rather than
initiating a return or chargeback. We are often able to resolve issues through
discussion and negotiation. Many customer concerns can be addressed without
invoking formal return procedures.

payment dispute, we will defend our position vigorously. Any chargeback may result
in account closure and prohibition from future purchases.
If a chargeback is filed and subsequently determined to be invalid, you are
responsible for chargeback fees and processing costs. These fees will be charged
to your account or collected through appropriate legal means.
